Why is Fit Foods 4 You different from the others?

Where possible, we source produce directly from the farm to ensure our meals are packed full of nutrients and last longer in your fridge. Flavours change regularly to ensure the food is never boring, and unlike the competition, we deliver to you fresh, not frozen, twice a week! With attention to detail, we provide a range of options, uniquely tailored to your individual circumstances and budget.

Does Fit Foods 4 You use lock in contracts?

There are NO CONTRACTS! Fit Foods 4 You believe you should always have the choice to order at your leisure.

About Delivery & Pickup

Where can I pick up my meals from?

You can pick up your meals FREE. Simply add your meals/package to the cart and the Muscleworx Prospect collection point in your delivery comments, meals will be available for pick up every Wednesday and Saturday.

What days do you deliver & how much is delivery?

Our plans start on either a Saturday or a Wednesday and you can choose to have your meals delivered either the night before your plan starts - or the morning of. So that means our delivery days and times are as follows:

  • Tuesday evening between 5pm and 9pm
  • Wednesday morning between 8am and 12pm
  • Friday evening between 5pm and 9pm.
  • Saturday morning between 8am and 12pm

We deliver straight to your door step or as per your delivery instructions. Your meals will be heat sealed and packed in a cardboard box with Woolcool insulation and ice packs. There is no charge for the box and ice pack and delivery is FREE.

We love to recycle to lessen the burden on our planet - so please leave your boxes, Woolcool insulation and ice packs out on your next delivery.

What if I'm not home to take delivery?

You will need to leave special instructions where to leave your order in a shaded place in the cart section. If you are having your order delivered to a workplace please state the BUSINESS NAME so our delivery drivers can find your workplace. Your order will be packed to keep your meals at the correct temperature for approximately 6-8 hours, they come from our cool room into a refrigerated van straight to your door. If you do not leave instructions with our team we will deliver your food as per our delivery procedures.

What happens if I live in a gated complex, high-rise or secured premise?

Simply give instructions in your notes for our delivery driver. For example:

  • buzz to let our driver in so he can leave your order at your front door
  • access your secured premise with a code or buzzer
  • have your meals delivered to your workplace

Will I be contacted when my delivery arrives?

Our drivers attempt to follow this process when delivering your meals:

  1. When enroute, they will notify you via SMS with an ETA of when your meals will be delivered.
  2. Once onsite they will follow the delivery instructions you provided during checkout and provide you a confirmation SMS.
  3. If they are unable to follow your instructions and make the delivery they will attempt to contact you immediately to clarify.
  4. If they are unable to get in contact, they will bring your meals back to our kitchen to keep them fresh and we'll contact you to arrange a time to re-attempt delivery.

My order was not received on the expected day?

We endeavor to deliver all our orders as expected, but if you haven't received your order when expected please call us on 0477 574 964 immediately so we can make sure meals get to you fresh and as soon as possible.

About Meals & Food

How long will my meals keep for?

We only use the freshest ingredients for our meals. We also use a heat sealed container that will keep your meals fresh for 7 days or more unless otherwise indicated on the label.

Do you cater for certain dietary needs?

Yes we certainly do!!! Once you have selected the package of your choice, from there you'll get a pop up box, here you will select allergies or the diet guide your wanting us to cook to. If you have a question or a query please call us on 0477 574 694 for assistance.

About Ordering

What are the cut off times and days for ordering?

You must place your order before midnight Saturday for pick up or delivery on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning or midnight Tuesday for pick up or delivery on Friday evening or Saturday morning. If you place your order after the cut off time, we will try to get it in for the closest delivery day, otherwise your order will arrive the following scheduled delivery day.

What is the condition of purchase?

Fit Foods 4 You meals are delivered in a cardboard box with Woolcool insulation a ice pack. The consumer will bear all risk in respect of the meals once they have been delivered as per your instructions. Fit Foods 4 You will not be responsible for any loss or deterioration, which occurs after delivery (due to non-timely collection or otherwise).
